Teen Killed in Upstate NY Crash

A young woman was killed in a car crash in Franklin, NewYork on Friday.

The accident occurred on Route 3 shortly before noon.According to Franklin police, 19 year old Abigail Pruitt of Pittford, New Yorkwas killed in a head-on crash with 60-year-old Gregory Campbell of Keezeville.Authorities say Pruitt was a passenger in a car driven by Vincent Monty ofPlattsburgh.

Both drivers were taken to a local hospital with multipleinjuries. Police say the two teens were on their way home from Paul SmithsCollege.
