A New York City man who caused the death of a pedestrian while driving drunk in August of 2007 has been sentenced to two years in prison. The man had a BAC of 0.12 several hours after the collision.
The man was charged with second degree vehicular manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident. The pedestrian reportedly was thrown onto the front of the vehicle before rolling off into a pool of water.
